"The Hobbit" Production Diary *3

Hey guys, already here is the third production diary from "The Hobbit" which is now I'm glad to say is entitled "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" (as I might of said before, the classic story will be adapted into two parts and this marks the first. This production diary is so far the best one as it introduces all the Dwarves and features more set footage of Martin Freeman as Bilbo meeting Gollum for the first time (played once again by Andy Serkis) in one of the most memorable scenes from the book. Also in this you see Ian McKellen back again as Gandalf the Grey, Hugo Weaving back again as Lord Elrond of Rivendell and Cate Blanchett as Lady Galadriel. Just seeing all of them back in their costumes and reprising their roles is again as I said for the first production diary is like a trip back to memory lane and you'll hear that from Peter Jackson and some of the other filmmakers in this diary. One of the best parts though is seeing all the thirteen Dwarves together in their costumes and with all their weapons and with their scale doubles (which are for wide shots where the Dwarves have to look small, they have the actors for like the close up shots but from a wide shot they have little people playing the Dwarves cause as you know Dwarves aren't that big but they're still pretty strong. They of course did the same thing for the Hobbits in the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy.) just seeing that is again......... God I cannot tell you how excited I am about this film as I'm sure all of you are. And there's another treat which appears at the end but I'm not gonna say just gonna leave it as a surprise. Here the diary which shows the cast and crew talking about what their favourite memories are of making "The Hobbit" so far. Enjoy.

One more this guys here is the first exclusive picture of all the Dwarves.

"The Inbetweeners Movie"- Trailer *2

Guys, gotta another trailer for you and I know you're gonna love this one, it is the exclusive trailer for the movie of "The Inbetweeners". For those who don't know "The Inbetweeners", shame on you! No only joking, it is E4's superb comedy show about four Brit teenagers who are incredibly stupid as they try to get with girls but keep on failing. Please if you can watch the show only if you're old enough cause it is quite rude, it is just brilliant and now there's a movie. This is turning out to be one of the greatest years of my life, even though Harry Potter's coming to an end. Anyway here is the trailer for something that will put a smile on your face. As in the movie, Will (the smart one and lead character of the show), Simon (the love crazed loser whose obsessed with one girl), Neil (the complete idiot but excellent dancer) and Jay (the sex-crazed pilock) have finished school and are on their way to Malta, Spain where they hope to.... well you know the rest.

Warning: This trailer contains adult humor and strong language and is only acceptable to those over 18.

"The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn"-International Trailer

Hey guys, got another trailer for you guys and a chance to tell you what I am so excited to see this year. It is sad that we have to wait a year for "The Hobbit" to be released, but in the meantime, Peter Jackson and Andy Serkis have another movie being released this christmas and have the king of Hollywood directing involved. Yes I am talking about the man who has given us; Aliens, Dinosaurs, Soldiers, Sharks and a man who wears a fedora hat and cracks a whip, yes that's right...... STEVEN SPIELBERG. One of the greatest filmmakers of all time has teamed up with Peter Jackson to bring to life one of my childhood favorites, Herge's Tintin. I have been a massive Tintin fan all my life, apart from being a Tolkien/Transformers/Rock Music/Harry Potter and Tom Hanks fan, Tintin was something I adored when I was little. I read every single Tintin comic book and watched every single cartoon there was. I always loved the adventures of Tintin, his dog Snowy, Captain Haddock, the Thompson twins and the Professor because they went on the coolest adventures and have the best action there was and when I heard that there was going to be a film being made by Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson (two of the biggest filmmakers in the world) I got so excited, as you can imagine. Plus when I heard it was going to be done using performance capture (even though performance capture films have not been big successes like "The Polar Express") by Weta Digital I got even more like my head could not hold in the excited of what I was imagining it to be. And to top that, the cast I mean, they have Jamie Bell ("Billy Elliott" and Peter Jackson's "King Kong" remake) as Tintin, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost (the guys from "Shaun of the Dead", "Hot Fuzz" and "Paul") as the Thompson twins, Daniel Craig (007 himself) as Red Raddack and Gollum himself Andy Serkis as Captain Haddock, it was just a dream come true. Now I am aware that not alot of people like performance capture movies but I gotta tell ya when you look at this trailer, it just looks so realistic and fresh and...... I just cannot tell how me the biggest Tintin fan in the world am about this film. Which shall be released this christmas. With this and with Spielberg's other film, his adaptation of "War Horse" coming out also his year, he is literally gonna rule christmas! Here's the international trailer for "Herge's Adventures of Tintin" for all you Tintin fans out there like me. Enjoy.

"The Hobbit" Production Diary *2

Hey guys, now we're taking another look at the making of "The Hobbit". As you may remember Peter Jackson who has returned to direct the incredible world of Middle Earth to bring to the screen the prequel to three of the most successful films of all time. And he gave us the first ever production diary into the exciting look behind the scenes and now after a long wait here is the second production diary. For those of you who are avid Tolkien fans like me, this one is a sheer wonder for you because you get to see Martin Freeman as Bilbo Baggins for the first time in costume, make-up and wig and him on his knees talking to Lord Elrond (played once again by Hugo Weaving) in Rivendell. And you also see Andy Serkis doing the first ever performance capture for Gollum in one of the most memorable scenes in the book, where before Bilbo (who accidently stumbles into Gollum's cave) meets and plays a game of riddles with him, finds a very special ring. Here's the diary where you not only get to see Peter Jackson and Andy Serkis (who is not only playing Gollum but also serving as second unit director) but also have a chance to some of the cast and crew talking about what they're going to do in their breaks from shooting the film. Also you even see Peter Jackson and his crew doing location scouting in the beautiful lands of New Zealand which once again portrays Middle Earth. Right I'll shut up and let you enjoy this second production diary and get even more excited about the film, which we've all been waiting for for a very long time.
